Totowa, New Jersey (open to remote work)

$55,000 - $70,000 Yearly Full-time, Part-time Contract Position

The Clinical Supervisor will provide weekly supervision to clinical staff; offer guidance to direct care staff, manage crisis intervention and emergencies; ensure adherence to professional standards and policies; provide quality assurance through chart review; facilitate peer review and related activities to ensure the quality of services; oversee charting and documentation to ensure that clients meet medical necessity criteria for the services, and provide clinical supervision for license-eligible interns.

Responsibilities:

  • Having regular meetings with the governing board, department heads, and practitioners.

  • Overseeing and reviewing practitioners' work procedures.

  • Counseling, motivating, and disciplining practitioners, and referring advanced issues to

    upper management.

  • Conducting performance reviews.

  • Ensuring practitioners comply with licensure and registration requirements.

  • Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation.

  • Assisting practitioners by supervising complex cases.

  • Enhancing operations by providing sufficient staffing and adequate access to services.

  • Developing programs and ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.

    Qualifications:

  • Current NJ license as a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC, or Licensed

  • Psychologist

  • 2-5 years minimum of experience as a clinical therapist

  • Passion for therapy and clinical work

  • Open to professional and personal growth
