$35,000/yr - $50,000/yr · Full-time or Part-time Contract Position

Requirements:

• Must hold an LMHC(licensed mental health counselor), LMFT (Licensed marriage and family Therapists) or LCSW (licensed clinical social worker). Three years of clinical experience is a must(at least 3000 hours)

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish/Russian/Arabic/Turkish or any other language! Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patient's mental health conditions based on a review of patient information, interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration with other staff members through intake and follow-up

• Develop and implement treatment plans with patient input through clinical experience and knowledge

• Work with individuals (adult & children), couples, families, and groups

• Communicate with staff members

• Maintain confidentiality of patient treatment and records

• Document all encounters according to state and federal guidelines and code

• encounters that meet billing standards

• Complete external documentation as requested
