**Job Summary:**
At The Human Institute Psychology and Therapy, we are looking for Provisionally Licensed Clinicians (LAC, LSW) to join our team. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake sessions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling for children, adults, couples, families, and groups.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues and attend team meetings for professional development.
- Complete external documentation when required.

**Qualifications:**
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
- Active provisional license in New Jersey (LAC or LSW) in good standing.
