Job Summary:
The Human Institute Psychology and Therapy is seeking a Provisionally Licensed Clinician, LAC, LSW to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions of patients through intake, interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience, patient input, and knowledge.
- Provide counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups.
- Maintain effective communication with staff members.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of treatment and records according to state and federal guidelines.
- Complete external documentation as required.
- Attend company meetings for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
- Possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
- Hold a provisional license in good standing for Counseling or Social Work (LAC, LSW) in the State of New Jersey.
