**Job Summary:**
Join the team at Human Institute Psychology and Therapy as a Part-Time Provisionally Licensed Clinician (LAC, LSW). This position offers the opportunity to be part of a movement dedicated to making exceptional mental health care accessible for all. As a Provisionally Licensed Clinician, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, provide counseling to individuals and groups, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide counseling to individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation following state and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors for client-centered care.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision sessions.
- Complete external documentation promptly and accurately.

**Qualifications:**
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
- Current provisional license in New Jersey (LAC or LSW) in good standing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with telehealth counseling preferred.
