Part-Time Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) – Supervision & Flexible Hours

Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families. This role is ideal for clinicians pursuing full licensure (LPC) and looking for structured supervision, flexibility, and a supportive team environment. Sessions may be conducted in-person (at our NJ office) and/or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (ages 14+)

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA

  • Participate in clinical supervision and team consultations

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field

  • Active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) credential in New Jersey

  • Eligible for clinical supervision toward LPC

  • Reliable internet and telehealth readiness

  • Empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
